I had wonderful stay, the place is famous and comfortable!
I had reasonably priced room with view. The location of the property was incredible and amazing, right next to the beach. Had nice dainties at Warung Bagus, located right by the hotel.

The hotel was really cute, I recommend it to all. The location in the centre of the town was the best and top. All of the staff members were very amiable and amazingly attentive. Very good service offered in this venue. Had no problem using their easy parking, the internet was free.
For us it was ideal.

The outdoor saltwater pool and garden area were perfect for relaxation after all the beach fun! Just a heads up, the pool's different levels caught us off guard at night, so be careful when swimming with kids 🌴

The location was very acceptable to most things we wanted to see/do in Byron
Unfriendly staff, room was not serviced on Sunday and, after reporting this on Sunday evening, we were told staff had left for the day and nothing could be done. On check out the next day, the receptionist told us she had asked housekeeping about this and was told that the room had been serviced. It appeared that we were not telling the truth. When we asked for some compensation, it was refused because we had booked the accommodation through bookings.com and not directly with the Beach Hotel Resort. Also, the air-conditioning was not adequate for the room as the cool air flow was blocked by poor design of the room. Lock on balcony door was too stiff to close, but this was fixed once reported. The cost was excessive for the condition of the whole building.

great location but lacking some amenities
The Pacific King Suite offered a lovely sea view that was refreshing each morning. The reception staff provided really good service, happily recommending local restaurants with delicious options. Proximity to shops and beaches made daily adventures easy and enjoyable.
The suite could have benefitted from more modern amenities to enhance comfort.

Good location
Requested a miday check out about week before because of my late flight however hotel staff never replied to my request. Hotel is clean but needs an update. Also the lobby is located in the lane way near the pubs large rubbish smelly rubbish bins (not very inviting). This is just a hotel and they shouldn't be calling it Resort because it does not meet the resort requirements. I rate this hotel 3 stars max.

A commendable fit for a relaxing holiday in Byron Bay with good value considering the price charged. The staff were super friendly and really went the extra mile for us. Make sure to check out the pool area!

Location was amazing !
Room was suppose to have a pool view but unfortunately the garden plants were so dense that you couldn't see anything and it made the room really dark ! The room smelt a bit stuffy when we arrived and due to location we couldn't leave the door open to freshen the room. Drinks in the mini bar were very highly priced !

The only thing we liked about the holel was the fact that it was right in the center of Byron Bay
The room was musty and did not at all look like it did in the photo, the tv did not work properly, the room was not very clean, the pool was freezing even though it was suppose to be heated, no aircon so very stuffy at night. very expensive for what we got oh and the live band went on until 12 am every night

The vibrant decor and lush greenery around the resort was like stepping into my favorite garden of dreams, and the accessibility made it easy to wander around without any hassle.
More shaded seating by the pool would be ideal.
